Platies grow to a maximum of 3 inches.

Temperament: They are peaceful and curious and do well in groups. Make sure to keep more females than males if you intend to mix, as they can get a little eager and could exhaust the female if she is outnumbered. A ratio of 2:1 is preferred.

Tank Size: Minimum of 40L

Temperature: 22-28c

Food: They are omnivorous. Pellets, flakes and invertebrates. Make sure they get a balanced diet as they can be prone to bloating.
