Customer satisfaction is our main priority along with the quality of our fish stock.

My fish died shortly after I added them to my tank, can I get a refund or replacement?

  • Once you put the fish in your own water, we no longer take responsibility. If they are dead on arrival, take a picture of the bag (still sealed) and we can offer you a refund or replacement. Email us at riversidefishhouse@gmail.com within an hour of delivery. We do not take returns.
  • We do not refund shipping charges unless the entire order is DOA

Do you deliver all year round?

  • Technically yes, although when overnight temperatures are below 5c I will pause delivery and refund orders as any small damage in-transit can cause the heat to dissipate below safe temperature for the fish.

How long does it take to receive my fish?

  • I will get in touch to arrange a delivery date. If delivery fails there is a high chance the fish won’t make it to you safely. I send them out to be delivered the next day.
